By placing an order with Metal Wood Creations, you agree to provide accurate order, personalisation and delivery information.

Product images are intended to represent our products as accurately as possible. Because many items are personalised and materials can vary naturally, the finished product may have minor differences in colour, grain, engraving shade or positioning.

Prices are displayed in South African rand (ZAR) unless otherwise stated.

An order may require clarification or artwork confirmation before production begins. Production may be delayed if we are waiting for information required to complete the customer's design.

Metal Wood Creations reserves the right to decline custom content that is unlawful or that we reasonably cannot reproduce with the available engraving process.

These terms are governed by applicable laws of South Africa, including applicable consumer and privacy legislation.
