Returns & Personalised Item Policy — Metal Wood Creations

Personalised & Custom-Engraved Items All personalised and laser-engraved products are made to order and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or with an engraving error caused by us.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If your order arrives damaged or the engraving differs from what you submitted, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at metalwoodcreations312@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos. We will replace the item or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Non-Personalised Items Non-personalised items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, unused and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
