Shipping & Delivery Policy

Metal Wood Creations delivers orders throughout South Africa.

Most personalised orders are engraved, prepared and delivered within approximately 3–6 business days from order confirmation. Where possible, orders may be completed and shipped sooner than this estimated timeframe.

Highly detailed designs, larger orders, stock availability and deliveries to remote areas may require additional time.

Free shipping is available on orders of R1,000 or more. Orders below R1,000 will be charged the applicable shipping fee displayed at checkout.

Once an order has been handed to the courier, delivery times can occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our control. Customers should ensure that the delivery address and contact information supplied at checkout are correct.
